This rather striking sculpture is the perfect gift or celebration of a special day. Its rare that you can own a sculpture hand made by a famous artist, and Jeanne Rynhart is renowned round the world for her life size statues in Dublin which are a popular tourist attraction.
Each piece, from the famous Molly Malone statue in Dublin down to smaller bas relief, is individually hand made. When happy with the modelling, a mold is made and production begins in bronze plate (cold cast bronze) or smelt bronze (for gallery work/one off public sculpture and private commissions). Finally the pieces are hand polished and finishing touches added.
